Hi, I’m Susan Konstantas. With more than two decades of counselling experience across bereavement, palliative care, road trauma, and complex life challenges, I provide a safe, confidential space where you can explore your feelings, reconnect with your strengths, and find a way forward. My approach is warm, person-centred, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. Together, we’ll work toward what matters most to you—at your pace and in your own time.
